Returns Info
We hope you love your Wildflower Jewellery, but if it's not for you, we will accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
All returns are subject to a £2.70 fee, which will go towards your postage label. The label we provide will be via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Please obtain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items in transit.
The £2.70 fee will be taken from your refund amount when we receive your item/s and process your return.

Care Instructions
The materials used in most of our jewellery are tarnish-free and will last for years to come (please check individual product listings). However we do recommend keeping contact with water and lotions to a minimum. Feel free to use a polishing cloth to freshen up your jewellery and remove any smears from continued contact with the skin.
Please note: Our beaded charms and all pearl charms should NOT come into contact with water or lotions due to the nature of some of the beads.
Please take care when adjusting our resizable rings. Frequent resizing can cause them to lose their original shape.
